Welcome to the Dailies group.

The idea of this group is unique to DA. We want to build a small but active community of photographers / Artists. That will upload a new image most days and that genuinely want to comment on other members images most day.

Submission Rules


Featured / Dailies Gallery

This gallery members may post one image a day. this is our (Dailies Gallery). Please follow the gallery rules below

** Before submitting your first image please create a gallery on your own account called Dailies.

** You then upload a image to your Dailies Gallery

** Then you can submit your image to the Dailies featured gallery


** Featured (dailies) Gallery submissions must be new uploads (images that you have uploaded in the last 48 hrs) and also be in your dailies gallery on your account.


Feature My Work Gallery




Each member will be able to submit one of their images into this gallery, and a selection submissions will then be chosen and featured weekly in our Journal.  




Daily Deviations, Hall Of Fame




Members may submit their images that have been awarded a Daily Deviation by the DA staff)
Please note no Nudes, dead animals, or other images that may cause serious offence to other members.
Images must be of a good standard or better. We will not accept images that are blown out, or not focused properly, or holiday snapshots etc. Nor will we accept doodle drawings, or drawings on lined paper etc.

One submission a day only (hence the name Dailies)

The reason you are required to create a dailies gallery is so that if other members have been away for a few days they can easily find your Dailies submissions to comment on if they wish. It will also allow us to ensure that members are following the submission rules and actively commenting on other members Dailies

Q/ Do I have to post a image every day?

A/ No we encourage you to post as often as you have time for, you can always come by and comment on other members images, even if you have not posted a image yourself.  The idea is to create a active membership.


Q/  Why do I have to create a gallery called Dailies on my account?

A/ This is so other members can see all your dailies and also to allow me to check that members are commenting on each other images.


Q/ What do you class as a comment?

A/ We want to encourage members to give meaningful comments that describe why they like the image, we also encourage constructive criticism.  (this means giving friendly positive advice rather than a negitive complaint)  I will post examples soon.
But do not worry if you can not always leave a detailed comment, any comment is better than non.
